    Cactus Wireless Flash Transceiver V6

    $70.00
    Cactus Wireless Flash Transceiver V6

The Cactus V6 is the World’s First wireless flash trigger that works ON

ANY CAMERA (with a standard hot shoe or PC Sync port) to control power

output, wirelessly, of Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus and Panasonic’s

system flashes ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

Remote Power Control of Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus and Panasonic flashes

Each flash model has its individual power level characteristics.

We have profiled more than 30 popular flash models across a wide range

of brands so that the V6 can precisely control their output levels. With

this unique feature, photographers can remotely control the flash power

of various flash models, even of different brands.

Currently, more than 30 popular flash models from Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus, Panasonic, Metz, Nissin,

etc. have been profiled and pre-installed on the V6. By selecting the

pre-installed flash model on the Cactus V6 the photographer can remotely

control the flash power output of the selected flash model wirelessly

    through the Cactus V6.

If a flash model is not listed, the V6 may even learn its flash

profile and then be able to control the power output of the flash. (See

    note on compatibility)

Remote Power and Zoom Control of Cactus RF60 Wireless Flash

The V6 can directly control a Cactus RF60 set to Slave mode

using RF60’s built-in radio transceiver. Besides controlling power

remotely in single and multiple groups, the V6 can also adjust the zoom

level of the RF60 easily by pressing the adjustment wheel and swap

    control between power and zoom.

    Quick Power Adjustments

Control is extremely easy and swift with the use of a selection

dial and a combination of group buttons. V6 can control multi-group

power output in just one quick slide which is faster than any manual

system available in market. To adjust an individual group, simply press

and hold the group button and scroll the adjustment dial at the same

time and changes will be instantly made on the V6 RX unit.

    Absolute Power Control

V6 can benchmark the power output of flash models with

different GN. In Absolute Power mode, EV numbers can be used to specify

an absolute light intensity, independent of the maximum power output of a

    flash model.

    Precision

V6 is so advanced and precise that 0.1EV power level can be adjusted, even if the flash does not offer that option*.

*0.1EV increment applies to certain flash models only. Please check the user manual for compatibility.

    TTL Pass-through

The V6 transceiver comes with a multi-system shoe that supports

TTL pass through. With TTL pass-through, the TTL flashes behave as they

would when directly connected to the camera hot shoe.

    Major features:

    • Wireless manual power control of a list of current and previous Canon, Nikon and Pentax flashes;
    • Flash profile learning for analogue-TTL flashes;
    • Full manipulation of power levels to 1/10, 1/3, 1/2 and 1EV steps;

      Cactus Laser Trigger LV5

      $110.00
      Cactus Laser Trigger LV5

Cactus LV5 is a laser trigger that allows you to do high speed

photography and wildlife camera traps. Whether you are interested in

capturing beautiful water droplets, facial expressions of athletes at

the finish line from multiple angles, or wildlife movements caught in

the act, the LV5 Laser Trigger can create unforgettable images with

      ease.

      Laser and Radio Trigger

With over a year of research and development, Cactus created a device

that is unique in the market: it combined laser and radio frequency

technology in one compact package. Aside from a light stand, tripod and a

shutter release cable for your camera, the LV5 is all you need to

capture that specific spectacle. Weighting at just over 300 grams and

requiring only four (4) AAA batteries to power both the LV5 Emitter and

Sensor, it is possibly the most versatile laser trigger to date.

      Cactus V5, V6 and RF60 Compatible

The LV5 is a Class 1 laser device that triggers your camera’s shutter

either by direct wired connection or wirelessly via the embedded Cactus

RF module. Since the LV5 runs on the same channels as the V5, V6, V6 II,

V6 IIs, RF60 and RF60X, it can also trigger flash units with V5 and V6

series transceivers or directly to an RF60 series flash, which is a very

      convenient way for high-speed photography.

      Trap & Escape

Trap Mode and Escape Mode are the two triggering modes of the LV5. Just

like their names, Trap Mode captures an image when the laser is broken

by an object. Whilst in Escape Mode it happens when the object leaves

the laser and signal is detected by the Sensor. The camera can take a

single shot or multiple shots as desired.

      Delay & Freeze Timers

What makes the LV5 unique and desirable is the ability to customize

Delay and Freeze periods. This gives precise control over the exact time

the camera releases the shutter after detecting an event. There are 15

selectable time delays. The Delay period can be set from 1ms to 400ms

while the Freeze period is from 20ms to 4 seconds.

      Main features of the LV5:

      • Duo Mode Triggering (DMT). Cactus LV5 can be triggered

        by: (1) blocking the transmission between the laser Emitter and Sensor;

        or (2) removing the object between the laser Emitter and Sensor;

      • Works wirelessly with Cactus V5 and subsequent

V5-compatible models. Cactus LV5 combines laser and radio frequency (RF)

technology in a single device. With a built-in Cactus V5 transceiver

module in the Sensor, LV5 allows you to take instant camera photos with

unlimited number of portable flashes, wirelessly!

      • Long working distance. The working distance between the laser Emitter and the Sensor is up to 150 meters.
      • Works under sunlight. The LV5 not only works under ambient light, its intelligent design also allows it to work under sunlight.
      • Supports single and continuous shots. Supports bulb shot. The LV5 offers endless possibilities for your creative works.
      • Shutter Delay and Freeze: Shutter delay and post- shutter freeze period adjustable in 15 divisions.

It doesn’t matter if you are a wildlife photographer,

an amateur, or a professional who shoots in the studio, the LV5 is your

best companion when you need that decisive push on the shutter release.

It captures that instinctive action or freezes the split-second of

amusement. Get yours today and liberate your ideas!

Like Cactus V5, each Cactus LV5 unit is manufactured using RoHS compliant electronic components and parts.

      Cactus Wireless Flash RF60X

      $185.00

      Cactus Wireless Flash RF60X
The Wireless Flash RF60X is a portable flash with a built-in wireless transceiver that supports X-TTL with Cactus V6 II / V6 IIs wireless flash transceiver, high-speed sync / FP mode,* AF-assist and an exclusive Cooling Mode.

      Built-in wireless commander and slave

The Cactus RF60X is a 2.4GHz radio-based wireless portable flash

with a built-in transceiver that runs on 16 channels. It operates in

three modes, Local for on-camera operation, Master and Slave modes for

off-camera. To act as a commander, set an RF60X to Master and it can

trigger an unlimited number of RF60X set in Slave mode. The effective

distance between the RF60X Master and RF60X Slave is up to 100m (328

      feet).

      Automatic wireless HSS support

When triggered by a Cactus V6 II / V6 IIs, the RF60X supports

High-speed sync (HSS) / Focal Plane (FP) mode, typically found on a TTL

flash. Controlled from the V6 II / V6 IIs transmitter, the user can

select between Normal HSS, the typical longer pulsing flash with lower

power outputs; or Power Sync, which gives you a boost in flash power.

      Quick recharge time

After firing at full power the flash can recycle as quickly as 1.9 seconds.

      AF-assist light

Unlike most other portable flash in the market, the AF-assist

Light on the RF60X can also function as an off-camera flash in Slave

mode. The Cactus V6 II turns on the AF-assist Light automatically which

will illuminate your subject and provide extra light to help the camera

lens focus. This is especially useful as the flash is usually placed

closer distances to the subject than the camera.

      Cooling mode

By intelligently regulating the recycle time the RF60X runs cool

all the time. This industry exclusive feature allows the flash to

sustain a steady performance even after consecutive full power flashes.

You can now shoot without the restriction of an overheat cut-off.

Remote control of power and zoom levels

      The

power levels of the RF60X set in Slave mode can be adjusted from 1/128

to 1/1 full power in steps of 0.3EV. Zoom level can also be controlled

from a wide 24mm zoom to 105mm. With remote power and zoom control, you

can place the RF60X units in hard-to-reach places and control its power

      and zoom level wirelessly.

Group control of up to four groups with configurable Group Alias

      In

a typical lighting setup, the ability to adjust, activate and

deactivate groups of lights is vital in creating the desired lighting

effect. The RF60X can be configured into four distinct groups. Power

output can be adjusted in individual group or in all groups at the same

time for fast adjustments. To streamline the shooting experience, user

can rename each group to: KEY, FILL, SPOT, RIM, HAIR, LEFT, RIGHT, BACK

      and FRONT.

      Optical Slave with delay feature

      The

RF60X has a built-in optical sensor. The optical sensor captures

pre-flash signals that are being emitted earlier than the flash sync. By

setting the pre-flash optical trigger and the delay timer, you can set

the exact time for the flash to start firing. This allows the RF60X to

do not only first-curtain and second-curtain sync (also referred as

front and rear curtain), but to fire at any given point of the image.

      Multi-flash feature

      In

Multi mode, a rapid series of flashes is fired to capture multiple

images of a moving subject in a single frame. This feature is available

in all three flash modes so its users can create the desired effects

with both on and off camera flash.

      Compatible with other Cactus devices

      Flash

power and zoom level on RF60X Slave units can be controlled by an RF60X

Master, RF60 Master, as well as Cactus V6, V6 II, and V6 IIs Flash

Transceiver. Cactus V5 also supports basic flash triggering on the RF60X

but does not support power and zoom level control on the RF60X.

      Notes on compatibility:

      • Cactus RF60X is compatible with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX8.

However, due to special timing requirements by the camera, when

triggered by a Cactus V6 II, the RF60 only supports HSS up to 1/1,000s.

        (Updated: September 1, 2016);

      • High-speed sync is supported when RF60X is triggered by a Cactus V6 II or V6 IIs on a compatible camera.
      • Camera(s) tested that does not support high-speed sync modes when the RF60 is triggered by the Cactus V6 II:
