Shipping and Returns Policy
All shipments are made through UPS or Federal Express ground service unless another service is specifically requested in writing. All shipments should be opened at time of delivery and inspected for damage. If a shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We only have a few days to file the claim in your behalf.
DEFECTIVES AND RETURNS:
Defective merchandise may be returned within 1 year of purchase for repair or replacement, at OmegaBrandess’ discretion. Please call customer service for an MRA prior to returning. MRA’s are good for 30 days.
Returns for any reason other than error on our part are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call Customer Service for an MRA prior to returning.
All returns, defective or otherwise, must be sent freight prepaid to our Hampstead warehouse (at the address below). The MRA number must appear on the shipping label or carton or it may be refused by the warehouse personnel. MRA’s are good for 30 days.
We cannot accept returns on discontinued items, film, photographic paper, chemistry or any other liquids, batteries, special orders or close-out merchandise.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES:
If there are any shortages, internal damage or overages, call our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery, so that we may help resolve the problem. Upon receipt of delivery, it is the dealer’s responsibility to note external damages to the driver so that the claim can be filed. Please contact us immediately and please do not discard damaged shipping cartons or product until notified by us. For collect shipments, please contact carrier directly for claim processing.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Closeout Merchandise.
